Week 1

It was so nice to meet everyone on Saturday! 

The running schedule for this week is:

Workout 2 times with a 5 minute warm up.  Alternate 1 minute of jogging and 1 1/2 minutes of walking for 20 minutes.  Followed by a 5 minute cool down.  That is a total of 30 minutes.


In the book "Running with God" by Berry Simpson, read Introduction to the end of the chapter A Gift.

Our Bible verses for the week are:

"Be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of age."  Matthew 28:20

We will meet Saturday March 2, 2013 at 7:30am.  We will meet at Pie Traynor Field in North Park (by the swimming pool).  Hope to see you there!
