Well after our little "winter" adventure run on Saturday. I am fully confident that we can handle any kind of running weather!
This weeks workout is a 5 minute warmup. Alternate 1 1/2 minutes of jogging with 2 minutes of walking for a total of 21 minutes. 5 minute cool down, for a total of 31 minutes.
Our reading is the Birthday Running chapter to the end of Value Added.
Our bible verses are:
