Week 3

Our workout for this week is:  2 times this week. 5 minute warmup.  2 repetitions of the following: Jog for 1.5 minutes walk for 1.5 minutes.  Jog for 3 minutes walk for 3 minutes.  5 minute cool down.  Total of 28 minutes.

Reading this week from Chapter Mt. San Jacinto to the end of Why Didn't I Stop.

Our Bible verses for the week are:

"I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength." Philippians 4:13

"Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see."  Hebrews 11:1
