Week 5

Our workout for this week is broken down into 2 workouts.  

Workout 1:   5 minute warmup.  Jog for 8 minutes, walk for 5 minutes, jog for 8 minutes.  5 minute cool down.  Total of 31 minutes. 

Workout 2:   5 minute warmup.  Jog for 20 minutes.  5 minute cool down.  Total of 30 minutes.
